Method p.1797 right column 2nd paragraph:"Fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) of the tagged mRNPs was followed over time, and the mean diffusion coefficient (D37) of these mRNPs was calculated to be 0.09 ± 0.006 µm^2/sec (Fig. 2, A and B), corroborating the SPT [Single-particle tracking] data. As with SPT, an immobile fraction was not observed."
