Comments [Primary source (1) p. 153 left column top paragraph] Dot-blot analysis of the RNA in the postnuclear supernatants, after different incubation periods, revealed (Fig. 3A) that the ATP-promoted efflux of histone mRNA is already complete after 5 min, while the amounts of transported actin mRNA continually increased during the whole incubation period (30 min), reaching maximal rates during the first 10 min.
