Abstract: "A new human uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS) cell line, TU-ECS-1, was established and characterized." P.141 right column top paragraph: "The cells were placed into 6-well culture dishes (FALCON®) at a density of 2 × 10^4 cells in 1.5 mL of culture medium per well and incubated for 10 days. The cell culture medium was changed every 3 days. Cells were counted daily in 4 wells until day 4 and every other day from day 6 through day 10. Then, a cell growth curve was constructed." |
