Doubling time of a squamous cell carcinoma cell line, designated hZK-1 at the 10th, 20th, and 30th passages, respectively

Range ~36, ~33, and ~29 hours, respectively hours
Organism Human Homo sapiens

Method P.2 right column 2nd paragraph: "The hZK-1 cells were seeded at a density of 1×10^4 cells/35-mm dish and were cultured at 37 °C for 12 days. To draw the growth curve of the cell line, the number of cells in five dishes was counted every 2 days. The doubling time and saturation density were obtained from the growth curves."
Comments Abstract: "The doubling time of the hZK-1 cells was approximately 36, 33, and 29 h at the 10th, 20th, and 30th passages, respectively." P.4 right column 3rd paragraph: "The doubling time of the hZK-1 cells was approximately 36, 33, and 29 h, and the saturation density was 0.21 × 10^4, 0.23 × 10^4, and 0.25 × 10^4 cells/cm^2 for cells at the 10th, 20th, and 30th passages, respectively."
