The gliding velocity of actin over myosin-I-coated nitrocellulose
varied about a mean of 0.2 µm/s (Fig. 3) reminiscent
of muscle myosin, which has a mean velocity of 3-4µm/s
(Kron and Spudich, 1986) . |
