Fischer et al., (primary source) successfully purified the hydrogenase of A. ferrooxidans
from the cells grown with hydrogen. In this case, the final
cell concentration reached 4?10^9 cells/ml. This result
indicated that the maximum cell concentration could be
enhanced by hydrogen cultivation. |
