Comments |
HT1080 is a human fibrosarcoma cell line. The movements of different sites in human living cells revealed that loci at nucleoli or the nuclear periphery are significantly less mobile than more nucleoplasmic loci. For the latter sites, a mean diffusion coefficient in human cells of 1.3×10^–4 um^2/sec was reported (Chubb et al. 2002) |
