P.263 right column bottom paragraph: "Polysome clusters with densely packed ribosomes were also observed in uninduced cells (Figure 3C, no ara), but these polysomes were generally smaller and less well defined in overall shape, as expected based on the smaller average size of endogenous E. coli cytosolic proteins (~300 aa) (primary source)."
