Method The HEP/ATP/Au electrode for detection of human plasma LDL has been fabricated by immobilizing low molecular weight HEP on ATP SAM. SPR technique has been used to detect the binding of LDL with HEP molecules.
Comments LDL=low density lipoprotein. The values of association and dissociation rate constants for LDL binding have been found to be 9.67?10^1M^-1 s^-1 and 2.64?10^-4 s^-1, respectively, with equilibrium constant as 3.67?10^5M^-1.
