P.339 right column bottom paragraph: "Quantitative immunoblotting indicated that there are ∼2400 molecules of UgtP per cell in LB (Figure S2D). FtsZ is estimated to be at a concentration of ∼5000 molecules per cell (primary source). Thus, UgtP inhibits FtsZ assembly at ratios that are consistent with physiological concentrations." |
