Comments P.287 right column bottom paragraph: "Using Phages to Remove Existing P. aeruginosa Biofilms: To prepare P. aeruginosa biofilms before phage treatment, aliquots (10 µL) of overnight P. aeruginosa culture (2.2 ± 0.2 × 10^9 CFU/mL) were dispensed to the microplate wells. This was followed by adding 190 µL LB medium in each microwell and the bacteria were grown without mixing at 37°C for 72 h. After decanting the liquid, the biofilm (cell number = (2.7 ± 0.2) × 10^7 determined in a separate experiment by standard agar plate counting) in the microwell was rinsed twice with PBS and submerged to LB medium of known volume to sustain biofilm growth."
