"The permeability coefficient of oxygen across the membrane was evaluated in an approximate manner using Eq. 4 link by assuming that oxygen diffusion in the membrane is isotropic. The integration was performed based on figures such as Fig. 4: PM [permeability coefficient] was determined from the mean of the maximal area (under the solid line) and the minimal area (under the broken line), which takes the uncertainty of the location of the spin-label nitroxide group into account (ref 21).
