Comments The column headed 'a' gives the dissolved CO2 volume per volume H2O-the volume of gas (in ml) measured at standard conditions (0°C and 760mm or 101.325kN/m^2) dissolved in 1mL of water at the temperature stated (in degrees Celsius) and when the pressure of the gas without that of the water vapor is 760mm. The column headed 'q' gives grams CO2 per 100 ml H2O-the weight of gas (in grams) dissolved in 100g of water when the pressure of the gas plus that of the water vapor is 760mm.
