Comments	"Schizosaccharomyces pombe cells assemble a well structured circumferential array of actin polymers. Though reports of the total cellular concentrations of actin vary widely, the assembled ring by all accounts is composed of ~500–1500 dynamic actin filaments (20 filaments per cross section) that are 0.6–1 µm in length and oriented in an antiparallel fashion (primary sources)"
