Method |
Researchers developed a new, genome-wide mapping approach that directly
determines nucleosome centre positions with single-base-pair resolution.
It derives from earlier work in which localized hydroxyl radicals
were used to map reconstituted mononucleosomes centre positions |
Comments |
If researchers add 1 or 2 bp uniformly to
each linker length to account for over-stretching of nucleosome
DNAs, the linker length will follow a form of 10.41n+4.6 bp or
10.47n+5.5 bp (for integer n) respectively by Fourier analysis (for
linker lengths=60 bp). |
