been used to count the number of nuclei and identify
particular features of individual cells in the CNS of four
larvae of C. intestinalis. |

n=3. The similarities
in these counts (±4, or 1.5% from the mean) suggest that
the CNS, or at least part of it, could be eutelic, that is, could have a constant number of cells in this species from
individual to individual. |
