Method | The concentrations of 49 metabolites were taken from a literature survey [Albe et al PMID 2200929]. Concentrations measured in different species were averaged as described [Liebermeister PMID 16379536]. The range is calculated by dividing and multiplying the geometric mean (0.14mM) by the exponent of the standard deviation of the natural logarithm, 7. 0.14/7=0.02mM. 0.14×7=0.98mM. |
