Method |
Soybean (Glycine max var. Bansei) and sunflower (Helianthus annuus L. var. Mammoth Russian) plants were grown under controlled conditions of light and temperature for a period of 19 days. Complete culture solution containing either 10 mm NH4Cl or 10 mM KNO8, was provided by means of a continuous flow apparatus that maintained the solution bathing the root system at a constant pH. |
