Organism Yeast Candida utilis
Reference Brown CM, Rose AH. Effects of temperature on composition and cell volume of Candida utilis. J Bacteriol. 1969 Jan97(1):261-70. p.266 table 2PubMed ID5764333
Method "Candida utilis NCYC 321 was grown in steady-state culture in a chemostat under glucose limitation or NH(4) (+) limitation at temperatures of 30, 25, 20, and 15 C and at dilution rates (equal to growth rates) in the range of 0.35 to 0.05 hr(-1)."
Comments "Contents except acid-soluble UV-absorbing compounds are expressed as micrograms per milligram (dry weight) of cells. Values quoted are averages of duplicate determinations on at least two different cell crops." See notes beneath table
