Method Enzyme concentrations were roughly guessed from protein molecule numbers in the yeast S. cerevisiae, measured in a GFP assay [Huh et al, PMID 14562095]. The range is calculated by dividing and multiplying the geometric mean by the exponent of the standard deviation of the natural logarithm, 4.7. 0.000036/4.7=7.7nM. 0.000036×4.7=170nM.
