Method | The PPi present in the neutralized perchlorate extracts was determined enzymically using a commercial reagent (Sigma Chemical Co., P-7275) containing PPi-PFK, aldolase, triose-P isomerase, a-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase, and appropriate substrates and salts to determine PPi as the oxidation of NADH at 340 nm. |
