analysis of the upstream promoter regions of tRNA genes
in several multicellular eukaryotic genomes...Using deep-sequencing data
of the transcriptome of 16 human tissues, [researchers] identified
multiple splicing variants of Bdp1 and Brf1 with a
tissue-specific expression pattern." |
