Method |
For the production of astaxanthin, the vegetative cells
grown by the irradiance controlled fed-batch cultivation
were sequentially induced in the CO2-fed flat type photobioreactor
for 9 days by increasing the light intensity to
400 µmol photon/m^2/s, while keeping the other conditions
fixed. Values extracted manually from figure. |
