"Each microorganism was used as a wet cell after washing with a 0.85% NaCl solution or distilled water and then centrifuging at 12,000 rpm for 10 min, or a dry cell after drying the wet cell in vacuo. The water content of the wet and dry cells was determined by drying them at 105°C for more than 20hr." |
