Method	P.836 right column 2nd paragraph: "Two independent approaches were used to confirm the mass of single vesicles. First, [investigators] measured vesicle volume and density to directly calculate the average mass of hydrated and solution-filled vesicles. Equilibrium density-gradient centrifugation in iodixanol (OptiPrep) was used to determine the buoyant density, resulting in an average density of 1.10 g/ml (Figure 3A)."
