Researchers previously estimated proliferation and death rates of the
NP118 and gp283 CD8+ T cell responses to 2×10^5 PFU of
LCMV Armstrong injected i.p. into BALB/c mice (primary source). The estimates
for the apoptosis rate dA and the rate r at which cells adopt
the memory phenotype were very similar to those estimated in table III ( in reference p. 3934, left column). |
