Comments "The data presented in Figure 3 indicate the enzyme decays following first-order kinetics with a half-life of approximately 2 h. This result is faster than the value of 3 h found by Thompson et al. (1991) [BNID 105184] for the thermal decay of luciferase in cell lysate, a discrepancy that may be due to differences in measurements between live cells and lysates."
