Method "A complete study of the dATP concentration dependence on the burst rate of incorporation (Fig. 3) provided measurements for the Kd values for dATP of 4 and 14µM for DNA and RNA templates, respectively."
Comments "Maximum rates for dATP incorporation were found to be 33 and 74 s^-1 for DNA and RNA templates, respectively. These values are considerably larger than the apparent Km and kcat values reported from steady state kinetic methods."
