Comments "Note that the emissions from fossil fuel and cement production in the decades of the 1980s and 1990s are nearly half of the anthropocene emissions (Table 1). The airborne fraction, i.e., the fraction of the combined fossil-fuel and land-use emissions that remains in the atmosphere, is statistically indistinguishable between the two periods, i.e., 39 to 48% for the anthropocene versus 46% for 1980 to 1999 (Table 1)."
