Comments The quantitative Western immunoassay, whose results are shown in Fig. 2I, indicates that about 800 molecules (or 400 dimers) of IciA exist in exponentially growing cells of E. coli W3110, and then the level decreases to about 500 molecules (or 250 dimers) per cell in the early stationary phase.
