Comments P.79 left column bottom paragraph: "Antigens presented on MHC [major histocompatibility complex] class II are typically exogenous proteins that are endocytosed by the antigen-presenting cell (APC) or endogenous proteins that reside in the secretory system. However, analysis of peptides eluted from MHC class II molecules has revealed that a substantial proportion of natural MHC class II ligands (up to 20%) are derived from cytosolic and nuclear proteins (primary sources)."
