Comments P.12 top paragraph: "The burst size for prasinoviruses has been estimated to be less than 100 virions per cell and experimental data has indicated between six and 15 viruses are produced per host cell [primary source]. Considering that the host nucleus, mitochondrion and chloroplast remain intact throughout virus assembly in the cytoplasm [primary source], this adds to the global constraints on virus particle structure and the number of different capsid proteins required may reflect this. The internal pressure of packaging a genome inside the capsid will also influence the structure."
