Comments Supplementary material p.16 4th paragraph: "A Θ [scaled mutation rate] value of 0.05, which produced the same average pair-wise genetic distance as in [investigators’] observed data, correspond to ~2.5×10^8 generations to the most recent common simulated ancestor (assuming μ=10^-10 mutations per base per generation [BNID 113305]). This is the mean number of generations that, under a neutral evolution, results in the same amount of nucleotide diversity as in [their] observed data. This number of generations is equivalent to ~10^6 years (assuming a generation time of ~1day)."
