Comments P.1220 bottom line to p.1221 top paragraph:"When DNA from Clostridium perfringens (70% A+T) and Micrococcus lysodeikticus (28% A+T) were banded isopycnically in Nycodenz gradients containing 10mM NaCl, both types of DNA banded at similar buoyant densities, 1.119 ± 0.001g/ml and 1.127 ± 0.001g/ml, respectively (Table 1). The density of each type of DNA and the differences between them were much less than those observed in CsCl gradients (ref 2)."
