||Chl a fluorescence parameters and oxygen evolution were measured simultaneously at 37 and 25°C with a pulse amplitude modulated fluorometer (Walz, Effeltrich, Germany) and a Clark-type oxygen electrode (Hansatech, King’s Lynn, United Kingdom), respectively.
||Value taken from figure 3A for the wild-type with 0 hrs of cold acclimation. Value and confidence approximated from figure. Note that the units on the Y-axis of the figure are incorrectly given as µMol O2/mg Chlorophyll/second while the text makes it clear that the units are µMol O2/mg Chlorophyll/hour. These units are much more consistent with measurements elsewhere in the literature.
