Comments "The duration of the whole spermatogenesis in man is about 64 days (primary sources). The duration of one cycle of the germinal epithelium is about 16 days, and it is estimated that there are four cycles (2nd primary source, p. 267). The spermatozoa survival time in terms of fertility is about 1.5-72h, and in terms of mobility, it is about 48-72h (ref. 12, p. 163)."
