Comments "The flavin in B. taurus complex I has an unusually low reduction potential, -0.38 V at pH7.5 (23), because the oxidized flavin is bound more strongly than the reduced flavin. The reduction potential of NAD+ is slightly higher (-0.34 V) and NADH oxidation by complex I is thermodynamically reversible (energy conserving) (primary source)."
