Method "The half-lives of amino acids were calculated by first dividing the amino acids into sets based on time points around H/(H+L)=0.5. These were the 0.5– 8-, 8–24-, 24–48-, and 48–72-h ranges. The final value shown for each amino acid is an average of data from these time points."
