Comments The intrinsic maximum activities of each enzyme in micromoles per minute per microliter of cell volume were converted from the measured values in milliunits (mU) per milligram protein or nanomoles per minute per milligram of protein by assuming a protein content of 0.55 mg protein/mg dry weight (DW) and a specific cell volume of 2µl/mg DW (primary source).
