Comments This tables summarises informaiton about the protein structure (subunit composition and molecular weight) and specific activity that is used in the calculations in Supplmental Table V. Information about enzyme structure is taken from the BRENDA database and the book "Methods in Plant Biochemistry" (1990 ed Lea). The molecular weight of the holoenzymes and subunits were predicted using all isoforms encoding the enzymes as present in TAIR8 Genome Release. Specific activities were obtained from the BRENDA database and the book "Methods in Plant Biochemistry" (1990 ed Lea) and corrected for the temperature employed to determine enzyme activities in vitro for Supplemental Table III i.e. 25 °C and using a "temperature coefficient" for biological systems of Q10=2).
