Method Short-term video recording. "Unless otherwise indicated, subconfluent cells were seeded in six-well tissue culture plates." Thus, the mean cell speed was 40% lower at pH 7.25 than at pH 7.6 at 29°C, it was approximately four times lower than at 39°C."
