Method HPLC-Lutein, beta-carotene, lycopene, chlorophyll a, and chlorophyll b were identified based on comparison of their retention time and absorption spectra (240–750 nm) with authentic standards (Sigma- Oldrich, St. Louis, MO, USA, Apin Chemicals, Abingdon, UK CaroteNature Heysingen, Switzerland).
Comments 2.2g/l for 1st four hours after light induction, 17g/l maximum value (after 2 days).
