Method Elemental analysis of hydrolyzed cells was measured by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (AtomScan ICP-AES).
Comments Calculated from copper atoms/cell, table 1 p. 806: 3.9×10^5[Cu/cell]/6×10^23[Cu/mole]/10^-14[liter/cell]=6.5×10^-5M˜70µM. The majority is in bound state.
