Module II contains an origin of replication which is protected from outside transcriptional readthrough (ref 14 ) by two terminators. See figure 2. These numbers are in good agreement with the numbers Dr. Shay Tal got with single cell experiments: 12.5 ± 40% (unpublished data). |
