The closest estimate for the cytoplasm comes from the experimental report a=5.8 for fibroblast cells (swiss 3T3 mouse cells, primary source)
Comments Note-Ref gives value of 5.8 citing primary source. However primary source p.180 legend to fig. 6B gives value of 0.058 (and v=1.06)
